Job overview A leading Animal Charity are looking for an experienced Project Manager to come in and take charge of a critical Database implementation project. The organisation is placing high importance on improving its organisational knowledge and access to programme information in order that they achieve consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement. You will take the lead in establishing a unified system that will meet a broad range of organisational requirements. You will be an experienced, dynamic project manager who has coordinated multiple projects with high stakes and worldwide implications. You will be proactive, a top-quality communicator, with experience engaging high-level stakeholders and the ability to translate technical information to non-technical users/stakeholders with ease. Current systems under consideration include Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce, although numerous options are being considered. As the incumbent Project Manager, your input would be welcome! Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external resources and teams in the execution of projects to facilitate database implementation Manage implementation of new systems and system developments, ensuring that users are suitably trained to use the system effectively Record and maintain detailed project documentation Work closely with Programme Operations and International IT team to review longer-term project implications and reporting requirements, ensuring that integration with other systems is achievable Regularly engage with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties, managing as appropriate Qualifications/experience required Extensive Project Management experience with experience of building and launching new programmes of activity and coordinating multiple projects Prince2 qualification/equivalent desirable Strong communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience beneficial What's on offer?
