Deliver the job evaluation process (using Mercer International Position Evaluation (IPE))
Conduct external salary benchmarking, and in conjunction with HR Business Partners, carry out internal salary benchmarking.
Carry out reward benchmarking exercises, providing analysis to the Reward Partner, to ensure our offer remains competitive and appropriate requirements Support the embedding of new processes for job evaluation and benchmarkingCompletion of external salary surveys. Ensure insight from internal sources, such as exit questionnaires, staff surveys and feedback from HR colleagues are collated to inform reward and recognition activity.
